I have owned this item for 30 years. Very clean. Very good condition for its age. I purchased it pre-owned, it was gently used. Perhaps custom hand made. The inside sleeves at the shoulders are not professionally hemmed. The metallic threads are in very good condition with some loose ones here and there but nothing major or glaring. Lots of buttons and some may be a little loose. There are hard creases in the fabric from long time storage and you may choose to have the item pressed. Sleeve length is just below the elbow (one is 17.5" and one is 18"). The fabric is stiff (not flowing) due to the nature of the metallic threads.  No size (maybe a M or S), please compare measurements given below to your own well-fitting like garment to ensure a good fit. Narrow fit when buttons are closed with short side slits. Please review the closeup photos for a better look at the colors.
Measurements
Sleeves 17.5" - 18" (just below the elbow) one sleeve is a little longer than the other.
Shoulders - 19.5" (measured flat, fabric relaxed not stretched)
Back Length - 51" (center back)
Slits at side - 14"
Chest - 22" (armpit seam to armpit seam)
Width - about 22-23" from chest to bottom hem.
