Two Porcelain Knobs Swivel ?? Possibly Beer Tap Knob

PLEASE LOOK THROUGH THE ITEMS IN MY EBAY STORE. WE HAPPILY COMBINE SHIPPING.
This is a set of two porcelain knobs. They both swivel. When pulled down the metal point at the other end pushes out. My hubby thinks they might be beer tap knobs or for a similar use. The porcelain has a few light marks-might come off with a good scrub. The entire piece maybe 5 3/4 inches long and the porcelain is about 3 inches long.
