Description

These IC's have been sitting in a warehouse for years. They were in OEM tubes and will be packaged for shipment in a tube sections. Standard 14-pin ceramic DIP package. Please note that they are "old school" original TTL technology, not the more modern variants like "S", "LS", etc. These chips will be particularly useful to hobbyists, educators and those who repair/restore vintage electronics. ABOUT SHIPPING: Since this item has a ceramic body, it is susceptible to breakage and must be packed in a section of anti-static tube enclosed in a padded mailer. The most reasonable shipping option is
US Mail First Class Package which includes tracking. If you order more than one item the shipping charge doesn't change.
If you're in a real hurry I also have an option for Priority Mail and will try to expedite order processing. Please
