This is a new, never used Toshiba TD623003AP Sink Driver Integrated Circuit, please see datasheet in Pictures.
The TD62003AP are high-voltage, high-current darlington drivers comprised of seven NPN darlington pairs. It features integral clamp diodes for switching inductive loads. Applications include relay, hammer, lamp and display (LED) drivers.
