August Schell's is one of the original pioneers of German beer in the United States. Surviving prohibition and jumping in the craft beer wagon in the 1980's. Then purchasing Grain Belt Beer in 2002. Traditional Schell's Deer Brand Lager. 4.7%ABV. Pre Prohibition American lager. Handle is new. Excellent condition as seen. Beautiful silver trophy taxidermy. 18 point buck adorns both sides of this handle. His huge rack extends around the sides. Shimmering navy blue handle with slightly recessed letters on all four sides. Really nice handle. Solid and well made. Great collectors item for sure. 11 inches tall. Tap has been turned and rotated so that all sides are shown.
