DAMAGES & RETURNS
: Any damages must be reported to me within 7 days(1 week) of receiving your package. A photo of the damage is required in order to qualify for a return & refund. Your photo will be compared to my own photos as well.

. If USPS is responsible for damage, I will assist in any way I can to file an insurance claim, if possible (this will vary customer to customer).
I do accept returns. I try to avoid fit returns by including LAY FLAT MEASUREMENTS in each listing. If you need another measurement, please message me and ask! For returns, contact me within the 30 day timeframe.

For heavier items, via FedEx or UPS, whichever is cheapest. I ship on Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings after payment has cleared. If an order is placed super late the night before a shipping day, it may not be shipped until the following shipping day (i.e. If purchased late on Thursday, it may not ship until Monday)
