CORONADO ISLANDER IPA draft beer tap handle. Coronada, California. Crafting fine beer since 1996. Islander IPA. Smooth and pleasant. Multiple hop varieties provide heavy notes of citrus, pine and mango. 7.0%ABV. This brewery is named after Coronado Island and the tap was modeled from the historic Victorian Hotel del Coronado on the beach in California. It originally opened in 1888 and is the 2nd largest wooden structure in the USA. It sits just across the bay from San Diego. In the 1970's and 80's this luxury paradise hotel attracted numerous presidents royalty, movie stars and celebrities. It has been in numerous books and movies. The red tower is very distinctive with all it's little windows. It is said to have a haunted room. You are paying for the history lesson here. The tap is listed as used. I don't think it was but it is in excellent condition nonetheless. Almost perfect. A few very tiny imperfections can be seen if you look closely. Just beautiful. 12-3/4 inches tall. Tap has been turned and rotated till all sides are shown. This is the actual item you will receive. Stand not included.
