You are purchasing a Caffrey’s Irish Ale Beer Keg Tap Handle and Draft Pour Spout in one. I have never seen a tap handle/spout in one before so this item is very unique. It’s been lightly used but is ready to screw into the spout of your kegerator or beer setup. Spout measures 13 7/8 and should fit most setups. There is some wear as you can see in the pics but it works fine.
