    Boot and Shoe Width Stretcher - Pre-owned. Condition is "Pre-owned". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.  I used this to widen my cowboy boots and, when partially inserted, to stretch the arch.  It includes a metal "pressure point" addition that can be moved to several spots.  Works really well and is in great condition.
