BLUE MOON PUMPKIN SLIGHTLY UNUSUAL ALES draft beer tap handle, Golden Colorado. Molson/Coors. Blue Moon Belgian white ale was first released in 1995. Pumpkin ale came in 2006. Subtle name changes over next few seasons. Harvest Moon and now Harvest Pumpkin Ale. Wheat Beer. Brewed with real pumpkin, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and allspice complete this spicy seasonal. Available in the fall. 5.7%ABV. Tap was purchased from a reputable source is is considered to be an authentic prototype. The Approved Prototype means just what it says. This may have been the original or 1 of a very limited few every made. Tagged as approved for designing the rest of the handles. Listed as new. Excellent condition. I see no flaws other than the sticker on the ferrule. It has the impression of a date on it. Original designs have to end up somewhere right. Brewery owner or creator, mold caster or painter, some executive personal or sometimes they end up in a display cabinet in a giant corporation hallway and there they will stay for years until... Diligence pays off. Tap is solid, strong and very heavy. Hand painted pumpkin looks awesome! Classic original pumpkin handle. Very collectible and hard to find. Several variations occurred since this was made. Todays version is generic, all one color and made of ceramic. 3 sided with cutouts for a paper sleeve interchangeable label system. Efficient but not as cool as this one. Stands 9-3/4 inches tall. Tap has been turned and rotated so that a
