These are used and they came in on a electronics parts buy that I made a while ago.
I have 2 Hitachi  HD68HC000P12 at 12.5 MHz.
I have 1 Motorola MC68HC000P12F at 16.67 MHz.
I need to know which one you want at the time of purchase.  You'll receive one 68HC000 IC for your purchase price.
Shipping will be just .99 to the United States. A bargain in itself. We ship Monday through Friday and we are closed on Saturday and Sunday. I don't just throw them in the mail and hope they get there. It will be sent in an anti-static bag and packaged very
well
and shipped promptly.   You will have in a few days for under 10 bucks.
We will ship outside the United States and the ship charges will be at post office cost. I don’t even charge for the packaging! Unfortunately, we have no control over what happens to a package once it leaves our facilities. The majority of airmail packages will arrive within 10-20 days.
