64 Ford 4000 Diesel Tractor rear back wheels rims and tires

Description

-Condition:  The tires do have dry rot cracking. Please look at all pictures, and watch the video. They are not filled with any fluid. They can be shipped, message me for a shipping quote.
-Part was removed from a 1964 Ford 4000 diesel (4 cylinder model) model number 4130D.
